Literally the best dentistry I’ve been to in my whole life. The staff is so caring and and really do go above and beyond what’s expected. The name fits them well as they are extremely gentle during all procedures and make you feel at home during your whole visit. I have always been terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Martin helps me through it. He offers a mild sedation option which I have used with him for years. This last visit however I tried it without sedation and everything went well. Dr. Martin and his staff are wonderful and kind. I highly recommend them. On top of their kind and gentle approach, Dr. Martin is OUTSTANDING when it comes to fixing dental problems in the most appealing way. My experience was excellent. Dr Hooper was professional, kind, understanding of my concerns. He was extremely quick and the procedure was virtually painless, he was also able to work me into his schedule the same day I had a problem. Having experienced some “unfortunate” dental experiences in my past it was as good as it could have possibly been. In addition to his dental skills, he is a very funny and entertaining man. I absolutely could not have asked for a better dentist referral from my friends and I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Hooper and his staff. My x-rays were done and processed quickly, brought into the room and even shown to me.
I have actually avoided seeing a dentist for two years due to several years of horrific experiences in the area, and being turned away by other dentists because I have had previous cosmetic work done.
However, Dr. Hooper was different. He was personable, very friendly, and had a calming, professional, and confident way about him. I have 20 years of extensive dental history, and I am only 29 years old. He answered all questions I had, and calmed all concerns I had. He went so far as to give me genuine hope that it is possible to fix my cosmetic dental mistakes, and that he is happy to do the work, regardless of the fact that someone local was the initial person to do the work. – C. My dental team is the best! They have taken great care of me throughout having to treat a weird infection, root canal, and take great care in making sure my crown is very comfortable… All while I have been pregnant & through a 2 month period where we had some unexpected circumstances. What a wonderful staff & Dr. Hooper is very personible. I had a complete mouth restoration which included some implant crowns. Dr, Hooper & Maryland were just awesome. I just had a phenomenal experience at this location. Karen at the front desk was exceptional. She put me at ease right away over the phone during scheduling. I’m terrified of getting any dental work done so hearing a soothing voice on the phone got me in the door. My babysitter fell through at the last minute and the practice was just fine with me bringing my 6 month old daughter. Dr. Martin was kind, patient and explained everything to me in a clear way and I felt confident to make decisions for further care based on his recommendations. Kate cleaned my teeth and she was understanding about my anxiety and completely fine with my baby being in the room. I will absolutely be getting my dental care from this office again!
